CLOSE TO HOME 'AN ERA OF OUR OWN MAKING'
An era of our own making’
A Primeries editorial in collaboration with Homecoming × Nike. A study of 6 creatives who are not waiting for permission, not adjusting themselves to fit anyone else’s rules, but building from instinct, from community, from everything they’ve always carried within them. Wave$tar, Kyla, Tobi Naiwo ,Faraj (Thatboy), Timi Adeleke and Tuv. Six different disciplines and 6 different paths, but the same rootedness in the culture.
We are very proud of this one, proud of the people in it, proud of our community that created this, and proud of what Lagos and this generation continue to produce, on their own terms and in their own language.
This is an era of our own making.

SSK.HQ IS THE NEW KID ON THE BLOCK
Created in 2024, the brand operates from a place of consciousness, using fashion as a medium for storytelling and social commentary.
At its core, SSK.HQ is about perspective: how we see society, how we move through it, and how those experiences translate into what we wear.
